Symptom

The bill says that the amount will be debited on the 2nd of the month. But nothing was charged to your account.

 

Solution

Bitpalace submits debits on the 2nd of the month for booking at the bank. The bank has six bank working days for first-time direct debits and, for follow-on direct debits, three bank working days to book the direct debit. After that, it may take another day for the booking to appear on your account. Taking weekends and holidays into account, it may take up to 14 days for the amount to actually be debited from your account.
