The directories branching from the document root directory should have at least the permissions
664 (rw-rw-r--)
for the web server and backup system to access. You can also safely grant permissions
775 (rwxrwxr -x)
File owner is your webspace owner, group owner is psacln, e.g.
srv-name01:psacln
In Wordpress installations, it is recommended that you do not grant execute permissions to the /wp-includes and /wp-content folders, because hackers often obfuscate and execute malicious scripts there. If necessary, use the “Check Security” button of the Wordpress Toolkit built into your web space control panel to improve the security of your Wordpress website.
