"Login incorrect" means that server name, username or password are incorrect.
Make sure you use the correct server name. The host name of your webspace plan can be found in the server setup mail. It is usually constructed
Make sure you use the correct username. When you created the webspace, you received an FTP username that begins with "srv-". For FTP access you use this username. You are neither using your email address nor the access credentials of the webspace control panel (that begin with "cu-").
Finally, check that you are using the correct password. Did you possibly change it? You can change the password as often as you like. The related FAQ article tells you how to set a new password.
