Solution
To transfer a domain name you will likely need the "auth-info-code". This code can be obtained from your previous provider. Cancel your domain name with your previous provider and copy the auth-info-code from your domain configuration page of your web server or ask your previous provider to mail you the auth-info-code.
Once you have received the auth-info-code open the Bitpalace order form and open the section "Transfer an existing domain name from another provider". Enter the domain name that you want to transfer. The order form will prompt you for the auth-info-code (if needed). Enter the auth-info-code, then click "Save" directly below the input fields. If you want to add more than one domain name, repeat the process. After you have entered all domain names, continue with your order.
