1. Login to the customer control panel of your webspace.
2. Click on the „Websites & Domains“ tab.
3. In the domain for which you want to edit the FTP access, click on the „FTP Access“ icon.
4. Maybe you have more than a single FTP user account. Each user has its own login name and its own password. Click on the user name of which you want to edit the password.
5. Enter your new password into the „New Password“ and „Confirm Password” fields. As an alternative, you can click the “Generate” button to let the system create a password for your, that meets all security requirements .
6. Click on the „OK“ button.
