Symptom

At the end of every message you send out of Roundcube webmail, you would like to automatically add a signature and details of the company/club, such as your address, commercial register entry, etc.

Cause

You can set up such a "signature" for each mailbox. The signature you set up in Roundcube webmail is only active in Roundcube and only in the mailbox where you set it up.

Solution

1. Log into Roundcube webmail with the login name (the e-mail address) and your password.

2. Click on "Settings" in the upper right corner.

3. On the Links menu, click “Identities”.

4. In the list to the right, click the sender identity whose signature you want to edit.

5. Enter the signature in the large window to the right and click on the "Save" button.
