For customers who rent a Bitpalace Business Booster webspace, Bitpalace pulls the website content and database from the previous provider on request. Simply provide us with the access data for the web space control panel of your current provider. The rest is done by Bitpalace for you. We back up your database and directories and files, transfer the data into your new Bitpalace webspace account, adapt the configuration file(s) of your website to the changed access data and put the website into operation here.

This migration is free. It will be carried out before your domain name is transferred, so that your website will remain operational during the domain migration. This free service is only available to customers of the Bitpalace Business Booster webspace. Bitpalace ValueWebspace users unfortunately need to migrate their website themselves or can commission the service on account.

Of course, you can also move your website content and database yourself. The migration service is an optional offer. If you would like to use it, simply send us an e-mail with the access data to the web space control panel at your previous provider before placing your order. Then you can order online immediately. It is only important that we receive your access data before your order arrives.
